Brendan Doyle

Brendan has over eleven years of planning experience in New Zealand, beginning as a Planner for Auckland Council in 2013.

He worked in the Resource Consents team for over three years and has been involved in a range of resource consents, including large-scale residential apartments, childcare facilities, office blocks, subdivisions, and various residential, rural, and commercial developments.

Brendan joined Sentinel Planning in 2016, and has since been heavily involved with intensive housing, apartment developments, subdivisions, childcare facilities, and commercial developments.

His wealth of experience is put to good use at Sentinel Planning; not only does he achieve the best outcome for clients, he also mentors and manages a team of Planners.

Brendan’s expertise is highly sought after with respect to gaining the greatest yield out of any development, as he has a particular eye for leading architects through the planning and design process.

Outside of work, Brendan enjoys fishing, going to the beach and visiting Ireland when possible.
