Jared Bartlett

Jared has over nine years of planning experience in New Zealand, beginning as a Planner at Fluker Surveying Ltd in 2015. He has significant experience across the North Island, within Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Northland regions.

Jared joined Sentinel Planning in 2019 and has since worked on multiple rural and residential subdivisions and developments (from two allotments to large-scale greenfield developments), regional earthworks and discharge consents.

He has been involved in some unique land use resource consents, including sea walls, papakāinga housing, wedding venues, accommodation facilities, packhouse and cold storage expansion, additions to retirement villages, industrial developments and a tourism adventure park.

Jared has experience obtaining combined land use and subdivision consents within the spectrum of  Residential Zones, predominantly gaining consents for multi-unit developments.

Jared enjoys achieving excellent outcomes for his clients across a wide range of commercial and residential developments of a range of complexities.

When he isn’t getting consent signed off for his clients, Jared plays the drums, is at the gym or spending time with family.
