With a strong background in recruiting, onboarding, and training employees, as well as developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, Mariana is adept at fostering a positive and productive workplace culture and is committed to creating an environment where employees can thrive and reach their full potential.
Mariana is the initial liaison for all new public sector client work, ensuring that the work is performed at the highest client satisfaction.
Outside of the office, Mariana enjoys spending time with her family, reading, gardening, and friends.
